About

Liz Malone of Stepping Stone Reflexology

LIZ MALONE, RN
Founder + Reflexologist

Hi, I'm Liz!

I'm a licensed + board-certified reflexologist and registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in reflexology.

My background in nursing, patient care + education has shaped the way I approach wellness. I believe everyone's needs are unique, and meaningful care begins with taking the time to listen and understand the whole person.

Alongside my reflexology training, I've studied complementary modalities, including Reiki and energy healing with Barbara Brennan.

I bring these experiences together to offer thoughtful, individualized sessions in a comfortable, supportive environment.

My Approach

PERSONALIZED CARE. A WHOLE-PERSON PERSPECTIVE.

I believe that relaxation and stress management are important parts of overall well-being.

By combining my knowledge of reflexology with my nursing background, I provide personalized sessions designed to help you unwind, reconnect + feel supported.

I specialize in foot, hand, ear + face reflexology, tailoring each session to your individual needs and comfort.

Whether you're new to reflexology or making it part of your regular self-care routine, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can simply relax and take time for yourself.

A Passion for Reflexology That Goes Beyond the Treatment Room

My passion for reflexology extends beyond my work with individual clients.

I was instrumental in helping establish legislation for reflexology licensure in New Hampshire, supporting greater professional recognition and standards for practitioners.

I'm also a founding member and served as the first President of the Reflexology Association of New Hampshire (RANH).

One of my proudest professional moments was having the Governor of New Hampshire sign a proclamation recognizing the third week of September as World Reflexology Awareness Week.

These experiences reflect my longstanding commitment to the growth, awareness + integrity of reflexology as a profession.
